- End-to-end management of the Performance Management vertical under this mandate would be a key responsibility. This includes an alignment to the global Disney processes &amp; regular assessments of the efficacy of the process and suggesting enhancements if required - Complete ownership of Employee Engagement initiatives, including roll out Employee Surveys across the organization and the follow through with Action planning with resp Business HR BPs and Business Leaders - Creating communication, managing calendar, providing reports and updates for all initiatives - End to end management &amp; change management as we roll out new HRMS - Project Vista - Supporting the organization's Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion agenda &amp; roll out - Minimum qualification of a Management degree from an established institution - Exposure to global business/people management / learning and talent in a multinational would be of benefit - Previous knowledge of working in the fields of Performance Management, - Employee Engagement &amp; change management initiatives at a corporate - Any job experience which demonstrates people, decision-making skills, global exposure - Clearly demonstrated communication skills both written and oral, with a sense of aesthetics
