To be in charge of show launches and character building efforts through ATL and BTL communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, brand building & analysis of the Brand. eg : Star Jalsha & shows under the same umbrella
- Responsible for show launch related communication (both On Air & Off Air)
- To involve into concept testing along with the Programming and Research team to understand the show and execute communication aligned to the show.
- To work along with Consumer Insights team to firm up FPC for the channel
- Work closely with the On-Air Promotion team to ensure consistency of creatives in all the communication
- Ground activation & events
- Communicate with PR on the key points / highlights of the show
- Plan & manage communication budgets
- Plan for Launch, communication and sustenance of the show
- Analyzing channel performance closely based on TAM, and making recommendations to programming with the aim to boost channel Ratings
- Interact on a broad level with internal customers - Sales, Programming & Distribution & External customers - Ad agencies, PR agencies
- Sales support to help in generating bigger revenues
