Key Responsibilities:

- Gain a deep understanding of business strategy to be able to translate business strategy into talent strategy for the biz unit.

- Develop and drive implementation of creative talent solutions that impact business and employee experience, such as organization transformation, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, performance management, learning and development, retention initiatives and succession planning.

- Integrate and collaborate with stakeholders and COE functional partners such as Talent Acquisition, Organization and Talent Solutions, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and HR Operations to help/facilitate talent-led solutions.

- Drive all company-wide employee initiatives, events as and when required.

- Periodically review headcunt metrics and leverage workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions.

- Anticipate the business cycle to help influence and engage with business leaders more effectively.

- Lead and educate HR team on the business needs and engage them effectively with business leaders to develop, update and mentor people.

- Build and maintain long-term trusted employee & leader relationships.

- Influence senior business leaders to take a long-term view to engage and retain top talents. You will work closely with leaders to build morale, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

- Serve as a coach and consultant to senior business leaders and employees while leading the implementation of ongoing succession and development plans for the organization.

- Manage the communication and transition plan for senior leaders going through difficult business changes.

- Lead and champion an open and inclusive work environment true to the core values of the Company.

- Shape the best Employee Experiences across the functions.

- Ensure that people have the right skills, tools and talents to perform their roles.

- Develop and drive strategies that foster an environment where all employees are respected, included and valued.

- Advise leaders and employees on adhering to policies and practices that encourage openness, trust, appreciation, and respect.

- Ensure that employees are supported in finding how to access tools and documents that provide information about policies and practices for the Company.

- Act as an escalation point for junior members of the team for complex issues.

- Experience in Partnering with Business independently.

Performance Measures:

- Design and delivery on the people agenda for the year

- HR metrics that will be set along with goals for the year.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate or graduate in HR

- 8+ years of experience as an HRBP/ COE experience

- Experience of working in high growth, disruptive industries

- Experience in coaching and mentoring other HR team members

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assert, influence and collaborate.
