- Lead, coach and develop the recruiting team to ensure the very best talent is hired  - Consultation partner with hiring managers and HR BP to anticipate future hiring needs and lead team to proactively build a steady pipeline of talent and fill open positions in assigned areas with qualified candidates within specified time frames.  - Build and maintain knowledge of competitive target companies, keep abreast of industry changes and trends.  - Build and continuously evolve talent acquisition strategies to meet the long-term and short-term business growth   objectives of the business, and customize the strategy to suit the needs of the various business units and geographic locations  - Manage end to end Tech recruitment experience with Product led organizations  - Drive the focus on candidate experience to ensure that candidates are treated with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism  - 10 - 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition background   - Fast learner capable of handling pressure   - Experience in scaling up Tech organizations  - Understanding and implementation and working on best in class ATS solutions  - Experience in hosting and organizing tech talks, hackathons etc.  - Should be able to manage a high performing team with targets of 5 offers per week to meet the massive scale up   - Employer brand building through social media is an added advantage  - Excellent customer service and very strong administrative and organizational skills  - Good communication skills  - Post Graduate from renowned institute   - E-commerce background would be an advantage  - Exceptional communication skills in writing, verbally, and personality
