CONTEXT  Sports Celebrity Management Lead is responsible for servicing business need by maintaining the right Talent Pipeline.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Building a watertight process flow for building talent pipeline by working closely with the Business Head, Programming team, production team & servicing business requirement as per need   - Liaising with external bodies and partners for identifying new talent  - Ensuring Commercial negotiations, contracting as per need, managing logistics when required.   - Working with the Content teams for talent allocation to various programs (Live / Non-Live)  - Responsible for planning & implementing talent development activities (talent training/ conferences / workshops etc.)  QUALIFICATION  - Graduate/Post Graduate from any stream with 10-12 years of experience  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  - Strong verbal & written communication skills   - Effective interpersonal skills  - Familiarity with contracts  - Outgoing personality  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  - High energy levels and ability to think large picture.  - Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced changing internal & external environment  - Plan for future events based on the sports strategy   - Ability to guide team members and drive them towards effective talent management for respective sports verticals  - Good Inter personal relationship within internal teams across respective sports  - Ability to take hard decision with talent ensuring no challenge to the relationship aspect with respective talent
