ABOUT THE ROLE:   Driving Best in Class PR Strategy - Agenda and Execution for Hotstar International in all identified geographies  CONTEXT :   - To own and drive PR & Marketing communications strategy for Hotstar International in all identified geographies  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Drive the PR strategy and deliver the media communication objectives for Hotstar International   - Reputation Management, handling media requests and crisis management  - Managing media tie-ups and relationships with PR agencies - Share direction for media pitches, interaction for idea generation,   - Develop and maintain strong media relations   - Develop and edit written communication - press releases, holding statements, contributory articles, pitch notes, Q&As etc.  - Ensure Buzz, Share of Voice, Impact Index across various Media Platforms  - Collaborating with Digital, Social Media, Print, any other viable medium of communication to ensure consistent messaging - in voice & tonality wrt to architecture of Brand  - Establish Strong network with Influencers/opinion makers across media to impact consumers   PERFORMANCE MEASURES :   - Campaign reach and conversion  - Adherence to brief and timelines  QUALIFICATION :   - Post graduate degree from a recognized institute with relevant work experience of 8 years  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   - A minimum of 8 years of experience in PR, media relations and corporate communication  - Demonstrated creative sensibilities with expertise in campaign design  - Deep understanding of viewer preferences and trends  - Familiarity with cross-cultural dynamics and business practices in international markets will be an added advantage  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :   - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with teams internally and externally  - Strong leadership and organizational skills, including ability to work to lead a team in a fast-paced dynamic business environment  - Creative thinking  - Agility to thrive in a high-flux environment
