ABOUT THE ROLE: CONTEXT - Driving strategy, planning and execution of the consumer marketing agenda for Hotstar International and strengthen brand identity and communication KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and implement consumer marketing (Communication, Strategic, and Brand) plan for Hotstar International - Driving brand communication, ATL marketing, and ATL media planning &amp; PR for all brand initiatives - Planning and budgetary controls for all consumer &amp; brand marketing initiatives - Drive subscriber growth through clutter-breaking consumer marketing campaigns. - Design, conduct, and analyze consumer research and brand health tracking; partner closely with the media, advertising, and analytics teams to define campaign performance metrics to ensure a high level of effectiveness PERFORMANCE MEASURES - Campaign reach and conversion - Adherence to brief, budget, and timelines QUALIFICATION - A postgraduate degree from a reputed institute or equivalent with relevant work experience of 8+ years KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - A minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer and brand marketing - Experience across the FMCG and Digital space in the brand team, with strong consumer activation background - Deep understanding of the target customer base, consumption trends and research in various geographies - Familiarity with cross-cultural dynamics and business practices in international markets will be an added advantage PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Strong project management skills, and ability to work on complex projects independently - Excellent networking skills; ability to collaborate with teams internally and externally - Demonstrated analytical abilities, problem-solving and decision making skills - Ability to thrive in a high-flux environment
