CONTEXT
The Consumer Marketing Lead will drive the implementation of marketing strategies to effectively communicate STAR's proposition to the end consumer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute consumer marketing plans for Star India channels.
- Responsible for execution of marketing strategies relating to customer acquisition, customer segmentation, market penetration, competitive analysis, customer insights and market research.
- Gather deep customer insights by regularly conducting and analyzing consumer research to create a stronger pull for STAR portfolio amongst consumers.
- Design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for upselling to existing consumers and to acquire new consumers.
- Plan and implement consumer marketing campaigns (ATL) to increase yield and drive subscriber growth.
- Liaise closely with Network Marketing team in driving brand communication and PR for all brand initiatives.
QUALIFICATION
- MBA/PG from Tier I/II institute, with min 6+ years of experience
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 6+ years of experience in consumer and brand marketing from Telecom, Retail and Consumer industries.
- Hands On experience in planning & executing consumer marketing strategies across geographies.
- Deep understanding of the target customer base, consumption trends and research in various geographies.
- Excellent understanding of brand communication development and strong project management skills.
