Job Description : - Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors- practices, and other sources. - Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation and turnover - Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to superiors - Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions - Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics - Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates and to address staffing issues - Performs other duties as assigned - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds - Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including excel, PowerPoint and database management - Researching and reading data and reports - Practical knowledge of Workday will be an advantage - At least two years of experience in related areas such as recruitment, selection, training and/or employee benefits.
