The role drives ad sales for the digital entertainment platform for potential clients who form the small and medium business (SMB) portfolio. This role will need hands on ability to hunt new business and clients who can be converted to first time clients for digital.   Key Responsibilities :  - Defining & executing the Digital Go to Market (GTM) for small and medium businesses (SMB): A mix of sales outreach, tech initiatives and channel partnerships  - Working closely with product team on Ad product efficacy for the SMB sector  - Drive the team to sales targets on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis  - Develop deeper insight and understanding of the dynamic market requirements through advertiser/client interaction resulting in better monetization of advertising opportunities for the digital entertainment ad sales  - Develop and execute new business initiatives that convert to revenue generation opportunities  - Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on digital entertainment platform  - Review team on a weekly basis on their targets and achievement  - Monitor sales team activity and provide feedback and coaching to increase productivity and effectiveness.  - Build relationships with key external clients, agencies and internal stakeholders to manage the business  - Assist the Revenue Head in creating strategic and operational sales plans for the digital entertainment portfolio to cater to the SMB clients  - Keep up to date with trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities  - Evangelizing the digital medium- conversion of print, radio, outdoor clients  Performance Measures :  - New business development. Making inroads into SME categories for Star's digital entertainment platform  - Pipeline of new leads and conversions per quarter  - Achievement of assigned targets - revenue, yield and consumption  - Building a strong and efficient team and develop a second line  Qualification :  - Minimum Qualification : MBA (Premier or Tier 1 management institute)  - With at least 12-15 years of post-qualification experience  Knowledge And Skills :  - Strong quantitative and analytical ability  - Knowledge of sales planning, branding, analytics, marketing fundamentals  Personal Attributes :  - Excellent quantitative aptitude and clarity of thought & ability to think things through  - Strong Interpersonal skills with an assertive personality  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Ability to manage relations with multiple internal clients and stakeholders
