Star TV - Data Analyst - Hotstar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ownership of the analytics tools and databases to deliver custom analyses for business.

- Periodic & Adhoc MIS reporting to various business teams.

- Articulate insights in crisp and understandable format to various internal and external stakeholders for ease of comprehension and use.

- Synthesizing data from various sources to answer custom emerging business questions.

- Work closely with other Product/ Engineering teams to automate and improve quality of reports and solving impactful problems through data

- Help expand the scope of impact of the central analytics team towards strategic projects

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's and Master's degree in a quantitative discipline with 3-4 years of experience in Data analytics.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Strong SQL, Excel and Data Analysis expertise to access and transform data into insights.

- Experience on at least one data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Mixpanel, Tableau, QlikView) is required.

- Bringing in Advanced analytics skills with knowledge of R programming, Tableau or Database management knowledge will be an added advantage.
