- MBA (preferably from premium B School)
- 12-15 years of experience in Marketing with at least 5 years in Brand Marketing honed over large iconic Indian / global brands
Responsibilities :
- Developing the short / medium / long term strategy for Cricket.
- Driving viewership (awareness, intention to watch) for different Sport properties through the year through disruptive and memorable communication and marketing plans. This involves :
- Driving the end-to-end consumer strategy to grow consumption & drive penetration measured by billion minutes of viewership / reach%
- Defining the key fan cohorts & thus Developing a fan journey into effective a product, media and communication plans
- Leading diverse and multi-functional project teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing plans for the different properties in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Working closely with :
- Internal & External partners: Advertising agencies, media planners and media partners (Radio/Print/TV channels), research agencies, activation agencies, social and digital agencies, production houses/partners, Bollywood studios
- Key clients/stakeholders: Key advertisers, ad-sales and affiliate sales
- Sports federations and other Government bodies
- Planning, managing and tracking budgets- (including owned media)
- Providing inputs in the leadership team (marketing/programming/business teams) and working closely with other functions to co-create plans
- Delivering the viewership targets
- Delivering best in class creativity / innovations
- Cross functional collaboration
