- Challenge industry norms and create innovative, relevant and breakthrough campaigns that drive conversations
- Design communication plan for all content - show launches, events, sustenance and movies to enable consumer discovery and stickiness
- Strategize the marketing mix design and maximize the ROI through marketing data analytics
- Partner with content team in identifying and unlocking the best brief and the subsequent campaign thought from there
- Motivate the internal creative team to deliver best in class output on audio visual, static and digital
- Build a strong network of PR and influencer campaigns
- Work with agencies and lead campaign development if needed
- Drive the Master and channel brand agenda
- Oversee the brand solutions portfolio
- Strong collaborator who can bring together diverse and cross functional teams
