Key Responsibilities:
- Build deeper understanding of consumer across TV and Digital platforms
- Query and mine the big data to identify patterns in consumption and profile
- Apply analytics to size growth opportunity and identify targets
- Build data driven insights that help actionable recommendations on content, programming, and scheduling
- Develop analytical approaches to the business problems
- Manage analytical resources with a single focus on drive consumer and content insights
- Present findings to the leadership and help drive insights backed narrative
Performance Measures:
- Actionable insights generated
- Subscription growth on Disney+ Hotstar
- Consumption growth (reach and engagement)
Qualifications:
- MBA from premier B-School (with engineering, stats/Maths background preferred)
- 10+ years of analytical experience
- Proficiency in querying language
- Proficiency in building dashboards (Tableau preferred)
- Expertise in data led storytelling
- Strong analytical skills to mine insights (Excel, SQL a bare minimum must)
- Strong interpersonal skills (Ability to manage business leadership level stakeholders)

- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and extract clarity
- Agility to turn around analytical outputs on a short notice
