ABOUT THE ROLE : CONTEXT - Work as a part of the marketing (non-broadcast) team to drive the set agenda KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Campaign planning and deployment with specific focus on digital and PR - Directing agency on content development and media across digital assets - Work with insights and analytics to drive fan base building - Manage relationships with the league ecosystem (internal and external) as well as agency partnerships to deliver on set objectives QUALIFICATION : - MBA/PGDBM from reputed institutes with 2-4 years of core marketing work experience&nbsp; KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - Involved in multi-media marketing campaigns end to end (from insight to creative) - Proven expertise in brand and communication strategy, planning &amp; execution including PR - Proven expertise in advertising creation and media planning &amp; evaluation and marketing budget deployment - Strong focus on digital (content, creative and media) - Familiar with and use of market research (qualitative &amp; quantitative) - Exposure to marketing financials (revenue, profitability, cost management) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Excellent communication skills - Consumer focused and analytical - Strong influencing skills for stakeholder management - Adept at project management across multiple functions/stakeholders - Detail and deadline focused - Assertive and driven
