Role Context: - Providing market context to sales team, by understanding the clients and providing a business solution to improve their (the Clients') ROI on their marketing spend Key Responsibilities: - Qualitative and Quantitative customer research - to provide sales team with actionable insights - Industry research to update on emerging insights and developing trends - Tracking CRM/ Sales Intelligence data and using it to derive interventions for the sales organization - Competitive analysis of media spends across digital, TV, print by different industry sectors - Market scan to derive client prospects for our sport IPs based on customer and consumer fitment - Ensuring incorporation of business intelligence in account planning KPIs: - Timely and accurate reporting of new advertiser - specific intelligence to sales team - Timely disbursement of industry trends, 360 customer views, latest developments across client organizations Prior Experience: - 3-5 years post MBA experience - Core industry exposure - Real Estate & Construction, FMCG/ Retail/ Telecom Desired prior experience in the following industries - a. Consulting - Big 4/ Global delivery teams - BCG/ McKinsey b. Financial analyst - In house teams from investment banks c. Group corporate strategy Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent analytical and market assessment skills - Data/ financial analysis, large volume data insights, usage of excel tools like Power BI, Power Pivot, etc. - Preferable industry understanding of digital, consumer internet or M&E industries Qualifications - MBA from a reputed institute Personal Attributes - Comfortable working in a dynamic environment - able to service ad-hoc, last minute or late requests
