KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Revenue and Monetization - External and Internal
- Responsible for coordinating for key accounts of DTH/IPTV customers and relationships with key accounts
- Responsible for supporting revenue targets from DTH/IPTV customers
- Analyze platform financials, sub growth trends, packaging trends and create scenarios and pitch presentations for deal renewal with platforms
- Constantly monitor Revenue against plans and targets, plan and suggest action wherever required to meet revenue shortfall
- Sanity check on subscriber reports, identify discrepancies and deviations if any and correct the same
- Monetization of SIPL VAS to meet revenue targets
Packaging - Compliance and Tracking
- Monitor SIPL channel placement of the DTH/IPTV players to be in line with the agreements
- Regular Tracking of Channel Placements, Packaging and its implication on the DTH/IPTV industry
- Highlight deviations if any and coordinate with the DTH/IPTV Customer to rectify deviations or make suitable compensation in lieu of the deviations
- Monitoring market trends on a regular basis
Reach Maximization -
- Working with channel marketing teams to ensure reach maximization for SIPL channels
- Help create promotions and specific products to meet the marketing needs of the channels on the DTH platforms
- Metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of such products & services
- Additional responsibility as may be assigned from time to time
- 70% weightage on Revenue & Monetization Growth
- 15% on packaging compliance
- 15% on reach maximization
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: A minimum 5 years+ in handling large key accounts sales and relationship management.
