- Optimize production, assets capacity and flexibility of the assigned business unit while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining expected quality standards.

- Ensure that IATF/QMS system requirements are established and adhered to in the respective plant.

- Preparation of the Plant Budget in accordance with the business plan for the group, assess, track and achieve the budgeted targets of the Plant.

- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets of the business unit to ensure effective return on assets.

- To ensure all the legal compliance applicable to the Business Unit are complied and reviews from time to time

- To evaluate feasibility of implementation of new technology and aid the management in taking strategic decisions with respect to new machinery, layout changes and equipment thereby improving the ROI.

- To oversee all daily operations of plant, plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.

- To ensure achievement of planned production output, product quality and delivery of the parts as per the customer schedule.

- Ensure all the safety policies are implemented and established safety procedures are followed by all the stakeholders in the plant.

- To ensure implementation of waste management principles in daily production routine.

- To ensure schedule meetings are held and actions decided in the meetings are implemented and feedback are given to customers and the management.

- To lead the Audit (Quality and customer) in the business unit in coordination with the QMS and customer care team.

- To ensure effective implementation of continuous improvement principle based plan in the business unit.

- To conduct periodic MIS reviews for the Business Unit from the stakeholders, focus on improvement on the identified actionable point and review the same periodically.

- To ensure that 5S activites are implemented in the respective plants.
