Qualification:- B. Tech/B.E (Electronics)
- To define system level product architecture interfacing control units with other vehicle components in Two/ Three wheeler with EV Feasibility analysis for interfacing components.
- In-depth experience with Electric & Hybrid electric vehicle subsystems: Motor, Power converter & Battery.
- Design and Development of Power Electronics Products like Inverter, Smps, Charger, and DC-DC Converter.
- Components like diode, power diode, MOSFET, SCR, IGBT, etc. and their switching circuits, Snubber circuits, firing circuits, protective circuits, loss calculation and thermal design and their types, etc. and should understand all the terminologies and concepts given in the manufacturers' data sheets of these individual components.
- Knowledge of the motor drives, FOC, V/F Control and AC to DC, DC to AC, AC to AC and DC to DC converter circuits,
- Choppers, Controllers designing.
- Experience with integrated embedded software development environments, such as Arduino IDE, TI Code Composer Studio, Workbench Pluses.
- Design of analogue and digital circuits for low-power battery-powered and high-power vehicle systems.
- Design and development of Power electronics HW & SW following standard development process.
- HW topologies for Inverters, Chargers, DC-DC, BMS.
- Conducting system level DFMEA & FTA Capturing system level requirement coming from customer and implementing it in-coordination with HW/SW Design.
- Develop hardware and software interfaces to integrate the system, instrumenting and troubleshooting.
- Promote a productive R&D culture that is motivated and accountable having a customer focus on innovation, quality, and customer.
- Developed prototypes & tools and leveraged current applications and checked the data management objectives in compliance with data quality, integrity, and data monitoring.
