Mon- Fri and (2nd & 4th Saturday)

Job Purpose Statement:

Responsible for executing projects within given timelines and coordinating with the store opening team and ensuring compliance with the latest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Executing the project within the given budget and optimizing the costs involved in infrastructure, power and maintenance areas ensuring compliance to quality standards

2. Preparing work schedules according to store opening date and monitoring timely execution of the project as per set timelines.

3. Benchmark latest development in terms of ambiance, layout, fixtures and other infrastructure related areas and share the same with the Marketing, Operations and Buying Team.

4. Negotiating and finalizing contractors and vendors.

5. Auditing the site and completing necessary documentation before handing-over to operations.

6. Implementing feedback from format and customers and maintaining relationship with Vendors and Contractors.

7. To adopt ways of work that help in conservation of resources.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

1. B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)/B.Arch Preferred

2. The candidate must possess knowledge of Project Management Software like MS Projects.

3. Excellent Communication & presentation skills.

4. Knowledge of Statutory compliance.

5. Candidates from Retail/Project Management/Real Estate/ industries preferred.
