Position Summary:  Responsible for growing Staples Future's products in the Indian market. He / She will manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve the financial and growth goals of the company.  Key Responsibilities:  - Managing all aspects of the inside sales department & lead generation process.  - Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.  - Training and coaching inside sales executives.  - Monitoring and reporting on Sales metrics and managing sales administrative process.  - Build a solid sales/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals.  - Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.  - Ensure the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.  - Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals.  - Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration process.  - Report to senior Management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats  Required Competencies:   - 4+ years experience in B2B inside Sales.  - Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close.  - Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment.  - Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required.  Educational Qualification:  - MBA/PG from premium institutes will be preferred.
