From smart space planning in rooms to gamifying food (cutting edge Food-as-a-Service concepts), from creating common areas for engagement and community living to deliver reliable, predictable and standardized services to residents through back-end technology integration, Stanza is challenging the status quo when it comes to student community living. For the first time, we are making student accommodation an experience product in line with evolved hospitality areas like hotels, guest houses and serviced apartments.
About the Role :
- They should have experience right from sourcing to delivery.
- Should have lateral hiring experience, pipeline generation, and sourcing /delivery experience with excellent communications.
- Strong understanding of headhunting and mapping.
- A research oriented mind-set to think creatively.
- Excellent at finding passive talent and engaging them for current and future employment.
- Excellent knowledge of using Social media for recruitment.
- Ability to engage with senior level talent.
- Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions.
The Ideal Candidate would be someone who has :
- Proven work experience as a Head-hunter.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact with passive candidates.
- Deep understanding of social media recruitment techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools.
