An operating / sales person who's done concept sales / B2B sales, driven sales numbers month on month and nurtured key accounts over years.
Most important to have an aptitude to execute and innovate to drive transactions.
Community Monetisation - Alliances and Partnerships
- Ability to scan, effectively pitch and close corporate and brand partnerships across sectors that target the youth audience (students and working professionals).
- Nurture alliances and partnerships over time to ensure mutual benefit - they contribute significantly to Stanza revenue and gain audience and intended business benefit from Stanza.
- Drive conversions / transactions with residents (students and working professional) by developing products packages and sales programs.
- Build the community monetisation vertical through product first approach and strong online sales focus.
- Strong experience in revenue management and client relationship skills + strong on execution rigor.
- Meet monthly revenue targets basis revenue streams and monthly targets for the region.
- Experience on youth and online brands a plus.
- Be a Spokesperson for Stanza and for the brand that invests in the Stanza community.
- Great communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Out of box thinking and willingness to stretch in a high growth start-up environment.
- Ability to manage stringent timelines without compromising quality of delivery and revenue targets.
