1. Ability to scan, effectively pitch and close corporate and brand partnerships across sectors that target the youth audience (students and working professionals).
2. Nurture alliances and partnerships over time to ensure mutual benefit - they contribute significantly to Stanza alternate revenue and gain audience and intended business benefit for alliance partners.
3. Drive conversions / transactions with residents (students and working professional) by developing products and sales programs.
4. Develop new revenue products leveraging user (resident students and working professionals) share of wallet
5. Build the community monetization vertical through product first approach and strong online sales focus.
6. Work with founders and key stake holders on a regular basis.
7. Strong experience in revenue management and client relationship skills + strong on execution rigor.
8. Meet monthly revenue targets basis expanding product portfolio and revenue streams.
9. Experience on youth and online brands a plus.
10. Ability to manage stringent timelines without compromising quality of delivery and revenue targets.
