Stanza Living is co-founded by IIT-IIM alumni (Anindya Dutta and Sandeep Dalmia) who have had professional experiences across geographies including the US, the UK, South East Asia and of course, India and across a range of pedigreed firms like Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, and Oaktree Capital.

Mission: We are currently scaling the business at an aggressive pace, having already grown 20x over the last 12 months from 100 beds to 2,000 beds under management and are now expanding to become a pan-India business.

Brief JD

Responsible to manage Finance/Accounts / Taxation & Compliance. We are looking out for a candidate who is inclined in Accounting

- Generation & review presentation of reports related to Fund position/Production/Turnover/Tax & corporate compliance/Budget variances/Project Status/Misc Operation functions to Top Management.

- Directing and tracking the operations of receivable and payable cycle at optimum level ensuring financial liquidity

- Accounts supervision and Finalization of Periodic/Annual Financial Reporting Payable; receivable management for Operations & new projects setup

- Managing of Books/records Audit like Internal/Stock/Statutory/Tax/Cost/Secretarial Audits

- Drafting of Management response for various Audit Reports and preparation of schedules / records to enclose with Statutory/Tax/Cost Audit Reports

- Fixed Assets Accounting & records management

- Take care of drafting & finalization of various legal commercial contracts

- Steering overall costing for the organization including commercial vetting and negotiations and evaluating compliance to various legislative laws applicable to business, new models of business also doing research and evaluating various risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
