The industry in India is evolving at a

Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives. This is a high impact role, where you will work across functions to unlock growth for Stanza, improve efficiency and profitability.
- This is an inside look at how a startup operates and scales, with the ability to impact and influence that trajectory.
- Build a deep understanding of the business and market to identify strategic priorities
- Identify key success metrics and maintain dashboards to track progress and determine areas of intervention
- Work with the Founders and department leadership to optimize efficiency and productivity of current operations
- Working with Founders & key CXOs to identify key growth & transformation areas for the organization and crafting a project plan to achieve desired goals within defined timelines
- Helping the Founders with regular business and department reviews as well as regular monitoring of the project/initiative
- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth
- Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up
- Drive quarterly progress and monitor them regularly through weekly reviews, investor updates and board meetings.
