Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Enterprise Products and Platform,, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of emergency healthcare providers and organizations.

About the Role:

- This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As a Product Manager for our Enterprise Business, you will be responsible for taking an idea and building the product from the ground up, overseeing its development, and rolling it out to enterprise customers.

- This role is an individual contributor role, emphasizing hands-on involvement and strategic decision-making without direct reports. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about driving product innovation and impact, rather than being title-focused or seeking large teams to manage.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

- Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning with overall company goals and market trends in emergency healthcare.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in emergency management.

Product Roadmap:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact in the emergency management space.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product milestones.

Requirements Gathering:

- Work closely with stakeholders, including emergency healthcare professionals, to understand their needs, pain points, and workflow challenges in emergency situations.

- Translate user requirements into clear and actionable product specifications for the development team focused on EMS.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to emergency management systems.

- Ensure that the EMS platform meets all necessary regulatory requirements and security standards in emergency healthcare settings.

User Experience (UX) and Design:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the EMS platform in emergency scenarios.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience in emergency management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and post-launch support for EMS.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the product team focused on emergency management solutions.

Must-have Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

- Proven experience of more than 4 years as a Product Manager in the healthcare or technology industry

- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in emergency healthcare.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle, especially in the emergency management space.
