We have received Seed Funding and are expanding our business with a focus and heavy investment in technology and people.  Job Description:   As the Customer Service Manager, your responsibility will be to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff is well-organized and productive. You will lead a team of 8 & growing, in Hyderabad. Your areas of responsibilities would be:  - Your overall role is to handle operations of the Customer Services team on a daily basis, define and implement processes and technology needed for operations to scale up.  - Improve systems and processes ensuring that all teams under you focus on Quality, Customer Service, and Profitability.  - Setting and meeting high-performance targets for speed and efficiency.   - Manage escalations as the first point of contact.  - Monitoring calls to improve timely response, minimize errors and track operative performance.  - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.  - Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, quality initiatives and change initiatives.  - Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.  - Training customer services staff to high standards of customer management.  Desired Candidate Profile:  - Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English  - Minimum 9 years of experience.   - Prior experience in Customer Services Management.  - Prior leadership experience to manage small or large teams.  - Ability to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the - big picture- and make an improvement.   - Organized, reliable and results-driven professional with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - The candidate should be willing to take up challenges and be a go-getter.
