Responsibilities- Responsible for leading the Technology Risk, Governance and Change function and initiatives inclusive of Audit and Regulatory engagements, Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity, Control Testing and the Conduct Agenda. Experience: - Overall 15-20 years of experience in IT and Financial Service Industry with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing senior and cross functional teams. - IT Governance, Compliance, Technology Risk, Control Management experience preferred. Specific Job Knowledge and Skills Required: - Experience in managing, building or implementing IT Governance, Risk and Compliance frameworks preferred. - Knowledge on industry best practices and standards like ITIL, CMMI, COBIT. - ITIL V3 Expert or COBIT 5 certifications will be added advantage. - Analytical skills including proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Demonstrated experience in influencing decisions at senior leadership level.
