KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Defining the scope, coverage and approach for the delivery of ICS remediation initiatives and epics. 2. Drawing up a detailed implementation plan with key milestones. 3. Assessing the overlaps and realigning project outcomes against the plan, scope and coverage. 4. Identify the key stakeholders to socialize the delivery scope, implementation plan milestones with key stakeholders, securing endorsement from all relevant stakeholders. 5. Creation of a high-quality Product roadmaps and project plans that will deliver the ICS remediation portfolio. 6. Gather best practices and lessons learnt from the Bank's adoption of NWOA and incorporate these into the ICS remediation plan and approach 7. Set up the Project Governance and Accountability structure for ICS remediation delivery 8. Execute relevant project activities and controls in line with the Bank's PMO standards and governance 9. Provide regular updates to ICS senior management and relevant risk committee on the progress of ICS Remediation activities 10. Ensure adequate financial and human resources is allocated in the corporate plan and yearly budget for ICS Remediation activities. EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED : - 7 years + experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry with a track record of managing and delivering change initiatives involving people, processes, policies and technology components - A good understanding of the Risk functions and the running of the Bank, through its core policies, procedures, key governance forums and management teams - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders to achieve required outcomes - Good decision-making skills - anticipating and planning for activities, actively prioritising and communicating / negotiating to deliver superior results - Strong analytical and conceptualisation skills, with a view to adopting or establishing industry best practices and looking for opportunities to do things better - Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing change initiatives - Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and outcome-driven manner. - Structured thinker with the ability to break down complexity into smaller parts to aid communication and implementation - Self-starter and individual contributor who is comfortable with working within a geographically diverse line management structure - Relevant degree / post-graduate from a recognised university with relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, Agile etc) and experience as required by SCB Group PMO guidance
