The AI and Chatbot Lead will be responsible in building an overall HR strategy for the use of chatbots and AI across HR technology platforms. This role will leverage on data to drive operational efficiency, better employee experience and deliver greater employee insights. Responsibilities : The Successful Applicant Should be : - 12+ Years of experience from HR domain with good knowledge in Artificial Intelligence Platform/ Artificial Intelligence Products. - Drive and improve the overall chatbot strategy across HR tech platforms - Conceptualize, design and lead the implementation of AI strategy across HR platforms - Leverage data driven insights to identify design opportunities and develop data plan to implement service strategies - Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Team and HR Operations & Service Delivery Team to gather insights and improve user interaction of AI products - Ensure that the AI projects and initiatives are delivered on timely manner in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations at a global level.
