Strategy:

Business:
Sales Support
- Be a part of Deal team and provide required support to RM/Sales team in providing responses to pre-sales client queries in terms RFI/RFP.
- Collaborate with Sales/Products/Channels/ Operations team to during solution designing.
- Review and Analyze requirement from client and provide feedback during Deal reviews
- Help and support sales team to meet the sales targets.
Client Implementation
- Single point of contact for client during entire life cycle of Complex implementation.
- Understand & Capture Client requirements and map them with Banks capabilities.
- Devise, discuss and agree on the best suitable solution which meets most of the client requirements both Technical as well as functional.
- Project Manage the entire implementation including Preparation of Business requirement documents (BRD), Legal documentation, Project plan, Stakeholder communication, Risk and issue management, testing in line with approved framework.
- Provide necessary trainings to various work streams at client end.
- Conduct Post implementation review with client for all complex implementation along with Relationship team and obtain feedback. Target maximum Net promoter score and Implementation ratings.
- Actively accelerate deals under implementation, address / remove blockages, proactive discipline and management of SCB and client's deadlines, propose alternative solutions where necessary to accelerate implementations.
- Work as a second level support for all the technical issues and help service teams .
- Participate in product commercialization and provide client feedback to channels and product development team for changes/enhancement.
- Achieve all the client's expected benefits and also work to improve time to first dollar for the bank.
- Provide handover to service teams for managing clients BAU requirements.
- During the implementation phase identify potential cross sell opportunity and recommend process improvements related to the implementation of client solutions where appropriate
Revenue Realisation
- Critically review expected revenue and deal size at the time a deal is handed by TB Sales, Responsible for validating the revenue assumptions.
- Track the revenue realization after each completed implementation and seek justification /clarification from Sales/RM in case revenue is not in-line with projections.
Channels Development and Commercialization
- Provide Feedback to the Product/Channels team.
- Review and provide feedback on the new Enhancements / Project documentations e.g. Business requirement document / Functional document etc.
- Support new functionality Testing and of new product/channels.
Risk Management:
Ensure compliance to ORF (Operational Risk Framework) guidelines.
- Proactively identifies risk and raise to stakeholders with mitigation plans and/or corrective actions
- Maintain & manage group approved deferral/ dispensation process for client on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Identifies and raise non-compliance (if any) to Operational risk managers (UORM)
- Ensures compliance to KCSA and CST checks
- Ensures all the processes defined in the DOI are followed

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Transaction banking products (Cash/Trade), practice and procedures including on-line banking.
- Well aware of the TB products in Collection and Payments domain including SWIFT, API Banking, UPI, RTGS/NEFT/DD, IMPS, Salary payment, NACH, BBPS, AEPS, Virtual accounts.
- Hands on experience in channel integration Host to Host, SWIFT, SAP-XI etc.
- Well aware of the file format mapping and reporting format BANSTA, FINSTA, MULTICASH, BIA2 etc.
- Excellent Analytical and problem soling skills.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work as a team and should be able to take Collaborative approach in designing unique client solution
- Well aware of Local banking regulations and guidelines.
- Adequate knowledge of client Documentations and negotiation
- Out of box creative thinking and decision making abilities in crunch situations.
- Adequate understanding of the various computer systems within the Bank and the applications of technology in business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience in selling /implementing transaction banking products for Corporate and Institutional clients.
- Graduate /Post graduate from reputated institute.
