The person would be responsible to deliver, manage and grow the Deposit business for branches by closely working with cross departments thereby planning and preparing strategy, CASA budget for segmental business development and growth within the channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Driving business growth :

- Enable new liability business growth through Strategic Initiatives and behavior

- Driving penetration of all liability products; CASA, TD, FX

- Sourcing guidelines, Channel contribution, sourcing city strategy, headcount and productivity metrics, new booking quality and portfolio shape

- Achieve balance sheet and revenue target nos for portfolio in line with budgets on the back of new booking and portfolio actions

- Drive portfolio activities to improve profitability as well as balance

- Managing portfolio revenue & book through balance build programs

- Identify sourcing trends in branches / clusters & take corrective measures as necessary

- Implement strategies / campaigns for higher product mix, resource activation & cross sell in new branches

- Work in close co-ordination with Product teams for new initiatives & process updates

- Attrition- overachieve on budgeted attrition target along with Head Attrition Management

Strategic Initiatives & tie ups

- Roll out Group/RB initiated strategic steps across all frontline and manager levels within Branch

- Deliver- business enablers and process enablers for new business

- Along with Director & Lead - CR Strategy, Efficiency & Workforce Management, designing and implementation of performance metrics for Branch Channel

- Training of frontline for acquisition of clients as per CVP along with LA team

- Influence frontline behaviors through Scorecard interventions

- Designing and tracking contests for frontline along with segments and analtyics

- Activate sources of leads to achieve acquisition targets

Competition analysis and benchmarking :

- Working on new vendor tie ups for Location Intelligence and atom mapping

- Working with new vendors on locker automation (digital lockers)

- Working with new vendors on automated cash vaults
