Primarily responsible for providing operational assistance to ensure all Balance Sheet Management (BSM) deliverables (which include Local Capital & Liquidity Reporting, ALCO governance support and associated activities) are met as per the requirements.   - Provide direct assistance in computation of Local Capital Adequacy Ratio and Liquidity Coverage Ratio and its reporting and certification (as required by the underlying statutes)  - Be aware of regulatory guidelines related to Capital/Liquidity Management including periodical update.  - Involvement in Governance activities like maintenance of policies (e.g. Capital Planning Framework, ICAAP, Pillar 3), procedures, process notes, DOIs, checklists (e.g. Pillar 3, ICAAP), maintaining adequate audit trail (e.g. ICAAP internal audit, CAR certification statutory audit, SREP by regulator), cross references to regulatory notifications, seeking periodical governance approvals, maintaining adequate maker/checker controls  - Support preparation of MIS packs for Governance meetings (ALCO/LMF/CMF/STF)  - Support capital and liquidity optimization initiatives.  - Support automation initiatives on capital and liquidity reporting front.  - Support ALCO/Group initiatives on structural liquidity monitoring, internal FTP, Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), Country Liquidity Crisis Management Plan etc.  Coordination with all the relevant units/stakeholders for seeking data within a reasonable time frame.  The job contributes to :  - Execution of operational instructions pertaining to computational tasks under BSM, capital and liquidity domain in timebound and streamlined manner coupled with related control procedures  - Ensuring the adequacy, reliability and integrity of the reporting processes, systems, and records  - Assisting line manager in developing and implementing MIS which supports decision making   - Coordinating and follow up with stakeholders for ensuring timely receipt of inputs around the BSM, Capital and Liquidity for timely closure of computations  The job holder should :  - Have basic knowledge of the Group and Local regulations on accounting and reporting;  - Preferably a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA with 1-2 years of experience in financial control/regulatory reporting domain.  - Should have basic understanding of Accounting Practices, Management Accounting Practices, Financial Analysis & Evaluation   - Familiarisation with computerised accounting & processing systems   - Should be conversant with usage of financial spreadsheets, word processing and powerpoint   - Should be a resilient, self starter with focus on timely execution of operational tasks related to report and MI generation activities  - ALCO, LMF, CMF,STF packs and agenda  - Capital adequacy, Leverage and LCR related Reports for the Bank's operations in India  - Reporting Systems for supporting BSM, Capital and Liquidity   - FTP for India operations
