Stallions - Cluster Head - Sales

Position reports to Director.

Location : Mumbai

- Lead a Sales team for multiple projects

- Should be dynamic & able to drive Sales for the Cluster

- Ability to train & motivate team to achieve results

- Should have indept knowledge of Real Estate sales

- Excellent negotiator & should be able to crack difficult deals

- Maintain relations with Developers & ensure smooth business relations

- Coordinate with Post Sales & ensure collections are on time for booked customers
