Stallions - Business Unit Head

This position reports to the Director.

Location : Thane or Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for heading Sales, Sourcing, Post Sales for the Business Unit

- Set up the new Business Unit and processes for the same

- Manage team of Sales, Post Sales & Sourcing

- Work with the Business Development team to acquire new projects as per the business plan

- Devise strategy for driving business from the business unit

- Coordinate with Marketing team to plan marketing activities to increase leads

- Make & manage budgets for the vertical

- Ensure profitability for the Business Unit

- Experience working with Real Estate Developer / Mandate firm is mandatory
