Staffing Head - eCommerce/IT Solutions

Staffing Head:

International E-commerce platform and solutions company. Company employs close to 1000 people and bulk of revenue almost 70 % comes from North America, Europe and Middle east.

Location : Mumbai

Seasoned Staffing professional with minimum 10 years of experience, out of which at least 3 years in e-commerce / IT solutions company.  

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Plan staffing / manpower budget in line with the Business Plans

2. Design & implement company strategy to acquire the right talent at the right cost

3. Develop employer branding

4. Develop employee value proposition for the current and future hires

5. Meeting staffing targets within the desired TAT and other parameters

6. Develop pipeline for future talent requirements
