- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills with minimum 3 years of relevant Experience in Direct-Corporate sales
- Product experience of IT Hardware, End-points, Networking etc.
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
- Acquisition of new Accounts.
- Flair to pre-assigned target oriented quarterly KRA
- Maintain & expand customer base by counselling sales representation; building & managing relationship with key customers; identifying new opportunities in & around all customers.
- Experience in IT Hardware & Networking background with connect in local SME & Corporates.
- Mapping the organization; Generating the new business
- Flair to manage Account Relationship & Executing the strategic plans, for key customer
- Track competitive activity in assigned geography.
- Create monthly, quarterly sales plan on the owning accounts
- Responsible to close the orders & timely closure of the sale cycles.
