Position : Sales Officer

Qualification : Any graduate with a MBA in Sales & Marketing is desirable.

Experience : 2 - 5 years from Iron & Steel sector or Building Materials industry.

Location : All major locations in a ) Gujarat & Rajasthan b ) Odisha & Jharkhand

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES OFFICER :

The Person : The person must possess passion and drive to make a successful career in sales. He must possess organizing skills with an eye for detail. Ones understanding of the market with knowledge of competitors is a must to succeed in a competitive market. He must be a good communicator in local language with satisfactory level in English. He must have the ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Major Roles & Responsibilities :

- Dealer Management, Dealer Development

- Site Visit , Channel Sales , Retail Channel Management

- Mason meeting , Engineer meeting

- Meet monthly sales target

- Meet dealers (as per daily visit plan) & report

- Identify & seek information of competitors & report to Company's Reporting Manager

- Identify & recommend potential dealers in line with market expansion plans, report to Company's Reporting

- Manager, facilitate appointing the dealer & liaise & coordinate with the new dealer in order to increase sales

- Maintain & refresh Contractor's & Mason data base, call & coordinate regular meetings, minute & report details in order to facilitate better construction & increase sales wherever possible

- MIS reports
