Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives that drive business success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
1. HR Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied across the organization.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the organization, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention.
3. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Monitor HR policies and practices to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up to date of changes in employment law and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in human resource or business management.
- 6-12 years of proven experience as an HR.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with a focus on both strategic and operational HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
