The Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing online marketing tactics in social media, email and inbound marketing for the company. The candidate should have experience of working in performance marketing environment, where the Marketing yields positive ROI. This is an online marketing generalist role, with the potential to go deeper in few areas.

The candidate have the knowledge of social media, email marketing, inbound marketing techniques, along with few growth hacks. He should be passionate about the social media and online marketing. This is an exciting position as the person will get an opportunity to understand and expand his horizon in the areas of internet marketing and content marketing. They will also be involved in different online community building activities to increase the visibility of the company.

This position is for our portfolio company in Consumer space.

Responsibilities :

- Actively managing the Social Media activities for the company

- Perform competitive analysis on social media platform

- Evaluate the various social media activities and plan multiple initiatives on social media to increase customer engagement

- Evaluate the various social media activities and come up with plan

- Executing innovative marketing campaigns, with high impact.

- Good understanding of Email marketing

- Moderate the user generated contents in social

Qualifications :

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Online Marketing

- Good communication skills and good grasp over English especially in writing

- Experience in working with various social media tools, email tools.

Skills :

- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment

- Self-starter; able to go from idea, to prototype, to execution flawlessly

- Excellent quantitative/analytic skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail

- A team player with a sense of humor

- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
