Project Engineer - Real Estate (Precasting Construction Technology)

Job Description:

- Responsible for the execution of high-rise residential buildings (structural and finishes) of all pre casting construction activities as per approved drawing & I.S Specifications

- Monitoring of the Project execution in-line with the approved master construction plan and reporting to Management.

- Planning and identifying the daily requirement of Laboure, construction machinery, material, and formwork.

- Inspection of all incoming materials in accordance with approved BOQ and samples.

- Ensuring the proper documentation of field changes and as-built drawing production in accordance with the project requirements.

- Coordinating with Architects for timely issue of drawing and clarifications.

- Coordination with the MEP team for the civil requirement of services.

- Coordinate with Contractors for day-to-day constructions requirement.

- Ensuring that the planned output is achieved from manpower, machinery, and materials.

- To resolve any issues hampering progress on a day-to-day basis.

- To ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications and ISO procedures.

- Responsible for project Q&C

- To ensure that the cost is controlled to fit into the assigned budget.

- To ensure the safety at work as per site safety plans.

- Providing Support to the Project Team & Organization in day-to-day Construction activities

- Preparation of progress site reports and presentation for management.

Who Are We looking for?

- BE/ B. Tech Civil with minimum 4 to 6 years- experience in constructing high rise buildings (Residential projects) in reputed civil contracting companies

- Should possesses experience in Residential Projects in India

- Must have min 2-3 yrs experience in Precasting construction method

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and Written)

- Good at Execution, finalization, and decision making
