Program Management & Execution

- Take ownership of the day-to-day activities and overall coordination

- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information

- Work on strategy, planning & operations to successfully deliver the project

- Regularly interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program performance. Look for newer avenues of partnerships and bring the same to the leadership team for further action.

Startup Competition/Challenge

- Discover and establish contact with startups, education institutions, student bodies & groups of Engineering & Business colleges across India

- Keeping track of relevant events all over the world and secure the participation of Edupreneur Villages representatives in those events

- Coordinate the team efforts for Physical Marketing and Digital Marketing for various programs such as Business Plan competition, Annual Summit, Webinar package etc

- Manage the logistics & communications at each step of programs

- Manage the documentation involved

Stakeholder & Data Management

- Keep the database of Investors, Startups, Ecosystem players up to date

- Build up the EdTech ecosystem and establish key partnerships across Angel Investors, VCs, Accelerators & Incubators, industry players, etc.

- Work towards overall startup community mobilisation and reach out. Ensure that the program reaches out to relevant ecosystem stakeholders.

Startup Session Management

- Manage the first interactions for Applications and setup interactions of Founders with Edupreneur Villages Business Analysts

- Provide step-by-step guidance cohorts of entrepreneurs and communicate the Investment decisions to Founders

- Manage the logistics of hosting Startup teams in the premises of Edupreneur Village

- Manage the materials required in the process of delivering sessions to Startup teams

- Manage the logistics of documentation for various participants like Appreciation Awards etc

- Collaborate with the broader Investment team to the design process for new programs
