SRF Group - Manager - Taxation - CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Collection of Information from units and preparation of submission to the Tax authorities

- Completion of assessment without any new dis-allowances and attend the hearings for appellate proceedings

- Preparation and timely filing of Tax Returns of all companies under SRF Group including trusts and societies

- Ensuring timely filing of various applications for renewal of recognition and approval of all the R & D centers from DSIR

- Get the annual audit of R & D expenses done by statutory auditors and ensure the timely filing of application to DSIR.

- Ensuring TDS compliance across all SRF Group companies except SRF and Kama Holdings through advisory mails on applicability of TDS and also Withholding taxes on foreign remittances

- Preparation of Projected Statement of Assessable Income for the purpose of advance tax and its timely deposit

- Computation of quarterly and annual tax provision for SRF Limited and verify the annual tax provision for other SRF group companies

- Getting update on various tax laws and circulating it in monthly bulletin to the finance team

- Filing of transfer pricing and specified domestic transactions report, tax audit report and other certificates necessary for claim of tax benefits of SRF and Kama Holdings

- Preparation and track the disputed liabilities statement for SRF group companies

- Timely collection of information from international subsidiaries to analyse the tax provisions and benefits

- Liaison with Tax authorities to facilitate appeal effect orders and Tax refunds and approvals

Qualification : Chartered Accountant with 5 to 6 years of experience in Direct Taxation.
