- Prepare Detailed Financial Models/Valuation Reports, drafted situation analyses, Pitch materials, Information memorandum, Investor presentations and Term sheets. Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective Clients.  - Collaborating with internal departments, external investors, due diligence parties, compliance team, regulators to ensure execution process alignment.  - Prepare all required materials for obtaining internal approvals for various investment proposals to Senior Management  - Prepare Marketing Materials (Teasers) to market sell-side advisory assignments, and source new deals.  - Review Financial and Legal Due diligence reports from the Due Diligence parties.  - Query resolution of Clients/Buy Side Investors.
