Job Description - This role will report a director based out of Singapore and be the front line point of contact for the India testing team. The key responsibilities will include Designing the test strategy for large scale and complex projects.

- Manage the preparation and execution of UAT for these projects.

- Reporting key metrics for all stage of UAT testing.

- Engage in groups and discussions across the company globally to drive consistency and best practices.

- Manage the testing team by recruiting and retaining top talent , as well as conducting appraisal and review cycles.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have more than 10 years of experience in the banking technology space with at least 3 years of experience in a management role related to testing. You will have exemplary communication and influencing skills.
