Title: Sr. VP Quantitative Analysis
The opportunity is with a promising new Market Research Agency, a new business of a top Business Conglomerate.
Job Description:
- Looking or a strong leader with exceptional Quantitative research experience with a focus on customized and ad-hoc research
- Experienced in managing, mentoring and motivating a mid-size team of 15-17 researchers
- You will be working closely with leading global companies, applying insight to devise and maintain innovation, marketing and corporate communications strategies.
- Mentoring colleagues, encouraging the highest levels of performance to help people achieve individual and collective goals
- Accountable for managing business units with P&L, revenue building, operational efficiency and business development responsibilities
- Responsible for multi-sector studies - Telecom, banking, FMCG and airports to name a few
- Client management /project management to ensure the team stays on track both deliverables and timelines wise and provides the best/actionable solutions to the client problems
Experience:
- Looking for a Quant researcher with 12+ years- experience with one the global MR firms including the likes of TNS, GFK, Nielsen, IMRB, MB etc
- Have done extensive client engagement - end to end (understanding of the business issue and translating it into research output). This also require a lot of hand holding done to the client at each stage of the journey
- Team management - handled atleast a team of 15-17 members with few having some experience
- Delegation
- Training
- Knowledge dissemination
- Proposal / presentation writing skills
- Handled target worth at least INR 4 crores annual. It is not to be seen as BD acumen but more in terms of amount of work done
- Have experience in handling / working on different kind of studies (example - concept testing, brand tracking, CSAT etc)
- Expertise in at least 3 - 4 different verticals / sectors
- Good Analytics & Problem Solving Skills
- Experience in Questionnaire Designing and Report Making - Effective Decision Making Skills
- Good Communication Skills: Refers to effective oral, written & presentation skills
- Effective project and People Management Skills
- Consulting Skills
- Ability to impact business decisions through analytics and research
Experience: 12 - 15 years
Qualifications: Masters in a Quantitative discipline or MBA from a premier institute.
Expected CTC is Rs. 45 Lacks to 55 Lacks
