Sr VP - Procurement - BFSI

Position: Sr.VP - Procurement for Indian Subcontinent

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 14+ Years

Job Profile:

1. Build out sourcing strategies that address the spend base.

2. Rationalisation of the vendor base, and building out a strategy to manage the renewal processes in a manner that is synchronized and work volume distributed optimally through the year and across departments.

3. Meet Saves target for country, and contribute to meeting regional targets.

4. Align Procurement processes to regional standards and practices, keeping business needs in mind.

5. Manage non P2P entities - through alternate process control work strategies, to ensure that the vendor operating environment is tightly managed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Engage with key business leaders, scope out the sourcing opportunities to deliver against set sourcing strategy

2. Manage work distribution and the business organizations optimally, while ensuring conflicting interests are not compromised

3. Co-own the vendor engagement and be seen as the go to person to leverage the vendor relationship to the bank's benefit.

4. Monitor the operational buying process against KPI's to ensure that business experience remains high, while controls are not compromised
