Exp: 15 to 18 yrs

Designation: Sr VP - BP

Should be able to handle 4000 people.

Should have done transformation role.

Domain: Investment Banking - IT/ BPO

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Provide business partnership and consulting to client organizations, utilizing generalist HR experience and knowledge Translate business strategy into HR Strategy and initiatives, developing programs, processes and tools to help the business achieve their goals

- Work with hiring managers and staffing team to optimize the talent acquisition process, advise clients on workforce planning, work in conjunction with the management team on building and evangelizing our brand to the market in support of attracting top talent

- Proactively identify organizational gaps and opportunities to drive performance and culture using critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills

- Coach and develop leadership and managers in driving organizational performance

- Effectively manage employee, client and/or human resources conflicts, ensuring effective resolution in accordance with policies and culture

- Collaborate with the HR team members to design, plan and implement global HR initiatives in support of the company to include talent management, leadership, manager and employee development, compensation, performance management, annual cycle programs, and overall employee value proposition

We have also 2 VP- HRBP role looking for 10 to 12 yrs of exp from IB- Techo background.
