Role Purpose
- This role holder will be responsible for providing direction to the Equities Team
- The role holder will manage a high performing equities advisory desk
- Generate alpha ideas for any time frame
- Generate Investment & Trading strategies for asset classes like Equities and Derivatives
- Review risk exposure for asset classes and work out appropriate strategy based on outlook
- Generate new product ideas based on prevailing market trends
- Build and develop a high performing derivatives advisory team
Qualifications
- Typically qualifications would include an under graduate or post graduate degree in Commerce, Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA would be a plus.

Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Investment Management with proven skills as an equity/derivative strategist
- Proven track record as an outstanding thought leader in Equities & Derivatives domain
- Overall financial services industry knowledge and familiarity with functioning of one or more Business areas combined with a strong understanding of relevant financial services’ operational practices
- Understands how technology adds value to the business and to the end customer
- This is a critical role. The role holder is expected to be a high performer and high potential resource
